SUMMARY
the capitalization of remote input is dependent on the computer's keyboard, instead of being independent.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable caps lock on computer keyboard
2. enter text in remote input app
3. shift key on phone keyboard has no effect on the characters entered

OBSERVED RESULT
computer's caps lock must be disabled to enter lowercase

EXPECTED RESULT
capitalization is controllable remotely

Confirmed on KDE Neon Unstable.

Need a way to send the key press for Caps Lock like you can send Middle and Right clicks via the 3 dots top right.

A workaround until a solution can be implemented is to double tap the shift key on the Android keyboard, that'll allow you to type in lower case. Not great, but it works.
