SUMMARY
This behavior is not reproducible on Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start X11 session
2. open a standalone QML KCM (cursors, fonts, icons, mouse, etc) via apps launcher or krunner
3. resize its window by dragging any border 

OBSERVED RESULT
We can see black borders while the window is resized.

EXPECTED RESULT
window should be resized without black borders

I'm not sure this bug can be fixed on KWin side.

Not a duplicate of that issue, because fixing that did not fix this.

If the issue described in this bug is still happening, then it cannot be a duplicate of a bug that is marked as fixed.

If fixing it is truly impossible, then okay, it could be closed (however, is it actually impossible?)

But "can't fix" is quite different from "already fixed." :)

Tested on both Wayland and X11. Can only reproduce on X11, with Mouse KCM, for example.

$ kcmshell5 kcm_mouse
