Agreed on both counts. IMHO slide everything is the best way to go eye-candy-wise. ...oh, and also if we mean changing between the pages on a left sidebar, maybe have it so the slide is vertical to signify transitioning from pages that're on the left sidebar. A vertical slide would indeed make more visual sense given that these pages are presented as a vertical tab bar. The best way is to respect when the user has disabled user interface animations. Looks like this got fixed recently by removing the swipe effect. |
