That's very strange. Cannot reproduce. Humm, I can reproduce with the steps above but not if I open kscreen running "QT_SCALE_FACTOR=1.25 kcmshell5 kcm_notifications". OBSERVED RESULT "Show in notifications" checkbox has a glitch that disappears on mouseover. Watch the attached screen recording please.
