SUMMARY
...in the notification that shows up after receiving a message via FB Messenger.
Clicking Reply sends 👍 and clicking "Like" opens a dialog for writing a reply.

this is true for all action items. the right side buttons are reversed. The upper button has the functionality of the lower and vice versa

Thank you for taking the time to report this. It's something I noticed awhile ago but I guess it hasn't been looked in to yet.
