The green screen is frozen and only solution is to restart the pc. I am having the same green screen issue with Ryzen 3200G since kernel 5.x. Before I now I am able to VT switch and then all sessions are working again. Same if I am able to blindly enter my password and suspend and resume my system. In older plasma /kernel versions it was not possible to get a working screen and I had to reset the computer. Here the first 1000 lines of kernel log. The drm messages repeat a couple of times. If you cannot switch to the Linux VT, there is an issue with the kernel. I suggest to report it to the bug tracker of your distribution. |
