Oddly, after switching back and forth between themes, things appears to work sanely again. But what a scare... |
Created attachment 124161 [details] Brokenness The plasma configuration settings indicate that if a dialog is non-opaque, the background should be BLURRED. Stick to that, since the desktop in its current version is unusable due to this. This is using breeze theme.
