STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder in by quick folder browsing on the desktop.
2. Open the another folder in folder with the file.
3. Drag and drop the file into the first folder / on the desktop.
4. Plasma is crash.

OBSERVED RESULT
When you try to import the file, Plasma is crashed

EXPECTED RESULT
The file must be imported successfully

Thanks for the video. However I cannot reproduce the issue on 5.17.5 or with git master. Can you?
