SUMMARY
Kate 19.04 opens new tabs on the left instead of the right

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Open a file
3. Open a second file

OBSERVED RESULT
The new tab is positioned to the left while it should be positioned on the right

EXPECTED RESULT
New tab should be positioned on the right
