No it should not, Windows provide both background color AND text color. And not only they even provide highlight color etc... If you want to be informed about this you can read http://psifidotos.blogspot.com/2019/02/latte-and-colors-tale.html?m=1 and in the article you can read how to disable painting for specific applets. |
