SUMMARY

Yakuake show on all desktops option doesn't work on Wayland

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a wayland section with multiple screens
2. Open yakuake
3. Make sure Show on all desktops option is activated

OBSERVED RESULT

Yakuake is only displayed on the first screen

EXPECTED RESULT

Yakuake is displayed on each screen

Looks pretty similar to bug 394858.

This is due to a missing feature in Wayland, and while kwin's Wayland implementation does include a lot of quality of life improvements above what is required by the Wayland protocol, and "show on all desktops" can be set as a window rule, adding support for applications to request this behavior - like they do on X11 - has yet to happen. This is what bug #460873 is all about.
