Part of window with incorrect translation

SUMMARY
The keyboard settings page has incorrect translation for the word "rate" on the repeat rate label. Its translated using word for "tariff" - "тариф". Correct translation would be "Скорость повтора" or "Частота повтора".

I do not recognize the UI on screenshot. Are you sure this is Plasma's standard keyboard KCM?

Please try running "kcmshell5 keyboard" from command line instead.

Oops, sorry, apparently this was a distro-specific dialog. The "kcmshell5 keyboard" dialog shows one with correct translations.
