1. How many images does your collection contain? 2. After the first start, it may take several hours, depending on the size of the collection, for the collection to be scanned and all information entered in the database. 3. Which database do you use? (SQLite / MySQL) 4. Where is the database local / network? 5. Download DebugView from Microsoft and start it. Post the output of digiKam messages when the event occurs.
