SUMMARY
It would be great, if Dolphin will respect `FocusFollowsMouse` focus policy.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set KWin focus policy to `FocusFollowsMouse`.
2. Split view.
3. Hover inactive view or embedded terminal panel.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Inactive view activated on hover.

Doesn't work in Dolphin Version 24.12.3 either.
Didn't it work before? I was surprised to notice this misbehavior only now and found this old bug. Would be great if a solution like in the mentioned Konsole bug could be implemented in Dolphin as well. (even though a global setting would be better than a local setting for each app).
