I have installed

I have installed transcode
I have installed ffmpeg-4 4.2.1-4.3.x86_64
I have installed libdvdcss2 1.4.2-4.13.x86-64
After this a fresh restart of the PC
But it comes with the same error
Comment 7 Paul 2019-10-02 10:03:03 UTC
Yes...

Confirmed, just tried on a TW system and see the same error:

Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20190926

KDE Frameworks Version: 5.62.0
Qt Version: 5.13.1

k3b: 19.08.1-1.1
transcode: 1.1.7
ffmpeg-4: 4.2.1-4.3

snip...

Looks like transcode/ffmpeg is the culprit ?

@Carlo Borger
If your need is urgent I'd suggest using VLC, I've just used that successfully on the same DVD as above.
