Which version of Windows are you using? What did you do to 'make a preset of the soft airbrush'? I assume you mean 600 b) Airbrush Soft? A more detailed explanation of the sequence of your actions and the events is needed. Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days. And yes, I do mean 600 b) Airbrush soft. What else should I add? Thanks for your comment! Automatically switching the status of this bug to REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to get confirmed. In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information. The latest formal release of krita is now version 4.2.6 so please update your installation and try this again. Airbrush Soft is already a preset in the Brush Presets docker so I don't know what you mean by "make a preset of the soft airbrush". Did you use the Brush Editor to modify it and make a new preset based on Airbrush Soft or overwrite the existing preset? What did you do? What did you do? I installed the latest release of krita and the problem still perists. I'm sorry for being unclear. I meant that I made a new preset based on Airbrush Soft. I made it on August 21st 2019, if that matters. It didn't have this problem until a few days before I submitted my report of the bug. Could you please get a crash log? See https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/dr_minw_debugger.html#dr-minw for how to make a crash log. Thanks for your comment!
