Error message from Dolphin 18.08.0 at startup

SUMMARY
Dolphin issues an error message on startup, and asks me to file a bug report.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start up Dolphin 18.08.0 under Debian 10.0.0, Gnome desktop.
2. Read the message that appears.

OBSERVED RESULT
See attached screenshots

EXPECTED RESULT
No error on startup.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I don't get this error with KDE desktop -- only with Gnome (Gnome has its own file manager, but I like Dolphin, so I installed it there as well).
