SUMMARY
Dolphin services installed through Configure Dolphin -> Services show up as installed but do not install properly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure Dolphin -> Preferences -> Services -> Download new services
2. Download\install any service
3. It doesn't show up in the service list

OBSERVED RESULT
Basically, clicking on install from the usual interface in Dolphin where you search for services, downloads them to /home/mrk/.local/share/servicemenu-download/ and leave them there. I uncompressed the file there and got the .desktop file. I manually created a folder called kservices5 and placed the .desktop file in there, and after that, they show up in the list. From what I can tell, none works unless I do this bs every time.

EXPECTED RESULT
The file is left in servicemenu-download and is not unpacked and installed to the proper folder.
