Is this plasma 4?
Edit, not according your ps attachment which runs plasmashell, but your command to fix it in not...this is highly convoluted. Can you attach a screenshot of what is wrong. Created attachment 121752 [details]

Strangely, kscreen.log is not rotated and takes 60Mb.

Created attachment 121740 [details] .xsession-errors After making some reconfiguration like display rotation or multiple display position, order, etc. plasma-desktop stops running. This breaks startup as after reboot you only see xserver wallpaper (rotated properly). Quickly fixed by these commands from console: export DISPLAY=:0.0 kstart plasma-desktop
