SUMMARY
The default bouncy application launch feedback cursor looks unprofessional and it would look much nicer if it was just the app icon (static) with a spinner around it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start an application with the default application startup feedback configuration

What's so unprofessional about it?

The bouncy cursor is rather old and kind of a symbol for the kde desktop. I don't know when it got introduced, but was definitely already present in 3.x. That's kind of a reason to keep it as it is.

On the other hand a breeze-ification would probably not hurt if the bouncy is still available.

+1, I'm fine with it remaining an option. Some people do like the bouncy icons. :)
