Pretty sure this is PCManFM not accepting the drag, but starting out at Ark just in case it's actually Ark's problem. This happens only in KDE and nowhere else, that's why I posted it in "kde" category. I've tried many DEs, even some nobody has ever heard of and only KDE has this problem with PCManFM. This is a problem with Ark, not with PCManFM.
