To clarify - did you also try to switch the tablet API in the Tablet Settings and restarting Krita afterwards? And you say the window gets cut off - does confirming the settings with Alt+O (the letter O) work? Also try disabling hi-dpi support under General > Window. Please try also to reset the wacom tablet settings. Wintab tablets store per-application information in the settings, and wacom's settings often break. which also explains why one application can be broken while others work. I keep a known good backup file in readiness for the about once a month I need to reset and restore settings to make my Mobile Studio Pro work again.
