Has anyone looked at this? Vertical footage from cellphones is quite common. This footage being shaky is also common. This bug prevents vertical footage being used in a horizontal project, as it corrupts the project's settings. It is very easy to reproduce. 1. Take a small vertical clip with a smartphone. 2. Start a horizontal project. 3. Import the vertical clip, and try to stabilize it. Created attachment 120963 [details]
Video clip showing the issue
Here is a clip showing how just watching the .mlt generated off of a vertical video completely corrupts the settings of the project.
Confirmed. I opened issue https://invent.kde.org/kde/kdenlive/issues/266 This issue is now resolved. Thank you very much, JB! |
