I can't reproduce this unfortunately. See screnshot of `LANGUAGE=ca_ES /usr/bin/kdiff3`
Yes, there are few strings translated but most of them are not. I've checked https://websvn.kde.org/*checkout*/branches/stable/l10n-kf5/ca/messages/extragear-utils/kdiff3.po. The file is 100% translated with strings like «Movement» or «Line end style» which are not translated in your screenshot or the complete Configure dialog. Mh, you are right. The translated strings in fact come from different files altogether. Kdiff3 in fact has its translations not packaged in a deb, like at all. $ dpkg -L kdiff3 |grep locale $ Kdiff is translated in neon focal (perhaps even before) \o/ |
