Kubuntu 14.04 is using Plasma 4 and Qt4 software, and both are quite old and unsupported anymore. I strongly recommend upgrading to Kubuntu 18.04 or 19.04. Created attachment 120494 [details] attachment-3758-0.html Thank you for your answer, unfortunately for compatibility issue I can't upgrade Kubuntu. My doubt is: how is possible that it worked good for years and now it gives that error? There must be something changed, but I don't know what.
