Summary:	Running Okular on LinuxMint 19.1 Cinnamon Printer Properties Paper Size will not print 'Letter' but reverts to 'A4' when trying to print documents. Landscape setting works though.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open PDF document
2. Print and open Printer Properties of LJ4100 choosing 'Letter' & 'Landscape'
3. Click OK to print 

OBSERVED RESULT
Printer asks for A4 paper

This was fixed in a later version. The one provided by Linux Mint is very old.
