I changed the translation to a shorter string so it is slightly better now. But I still think there should be something done about the alignment.

The alignment is intentional; the whole unit is centered. When labels on the left are really really really long, the entire layout becomes wider.

In general the proper solution here is to improve translations, or even improve the original English strings. These left-side labels are not supposed to be longer then 2 or 3 words in English.

Now it looks like this, which is a lot bettter. The translation isn't as good as before but it will have to do.

To be fair, the original English "Secondary toolbar text location" is also pretty incomprehensible! I think this specific case is an example of where we either need a better English string, or a re-imagining of the feature itself or its UI.
