It's easy to change this behavior in KDE - in GNOME, the file transfer dialog should theoretically always appear. Because of a bug, it didn't. This has luckily been fixed recently: https://phabricator.kde.org/D20465. That means that you'll get the update eventually but that will probably only happen with Ubuntu 19.10. Please reopen this bug report if the problem does still happen even with a newer version of KIO (so KDE Frameworks). Thanks & have a nice day! Thank you Julian! Will have to wait then.. |
