I have added three screenshoots showing the notes (german "Notiz") - maybe the english wording is a bit different but I hope that the screenshoots will help. Best regards Reiner Oh, I didn't know that feature. Searching there makes sense. Yes, it would be a great help. Lot of time I am in conversation with customers. Unfortunately they are not always putting / keeping a reference into the subject (or mail body) but the mail contents is related to the same ticket. Thus it would be great to store the ticket into the local mail note and so having a comfortable and efficient way to keep track of the thread. |
