Are you using AMD video drivers? It happens on both my laptop and desktop. The desktop has an AMD GPU and uses the amdgpu driver. The laptop has both an integrated Intel GPU using the i915 driver and a dedicated Nvidia GPU using the proprietary driver. On the laptop I have only been able to confirm the issue with the iGPU. That doesn't mean the issue doesn't happen with the Nvidia driver, I just haven't been able to test it with that. I cannot reproduce this issue in Plasma 5.17 with Frameworks 5.66. Can you?
