The use of PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING is not suggested for Plasma + X11 environments. Plasma devs are very clear about this. The reason is that the combination breaks too many things around Plasma, more importantly the window geometries provided from X11 are not valid. Nonetheless in plasma code here and there there are workarounds in order to make the experience affordable, and improve a bit the scaling experience under X11. So my comment in this is the following, I will try to provide a small workaround but it will be only for in-development branch and not for the stable one and as long the workaround DO NOT break any other parts of Latte. That's great! Thanks for the prompt reply. *** Bug 424722 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** fixed today *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 444222 *** |
