STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > display and monitor > scale display and set display scaling factor to 1.2  
2. restart plasma
3. open dolphin and drag some file/folder

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in my screenshot, font of the file/folder name is badly rendered
while the icon is dragged.

EXPECTED RESULT
font is rendered correctly.

I use Roboto fonts.

It's not just the font; the image itself is ugly too.

it's still reproducible on X11 session.

Still an issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > display and monitor > set display scale to 125%
2. restart Plasma session
3. open dolphin and drag some file/folder

Weirdly the bug does not occur if I skip the step 2.

Happens on Fedora 38 KDE spin also. One thing that seems to trigger is it if I have the F11 preview on and I play a video in the preview. Just having the preview sidebar open does not trigger it. May also have to do with these errors being spewed
