New crash information added by DrKonqi
systemsettings5 (5.12.7) using Qt 5.9.5
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Nothing the screen was locked due to inactivity. Before the episode I upgraded the system.
- Unusual behavior I noticed:
after trtying to wake up the system and unlock the screen the following message appearead on a black screen: "The screen lock is damaged and is not possible to unlock it. To unlock open a terminal, log in and input this command <<loginctl unlock-sessions>>. Afterwards go back to your previous sessions".
This is a translation from an other language so the words may be slightly different.
- Custom settings of the application:
nVidia propietary drivers installed.

If a reboot didn't fix it, please ask for help in a forum of your distribution how to correctly install matching kernel and NVIDIA driver modules. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 346519 *** |
