SUMMARY
When Restoring Falkon from iconified state the current webpage seems to scroll to some position or last used textarea or to show some hidden element.
After few days of experiencing such behviour I came to conclusion that the culprit is TAB key event.
I was able to replicate same behaviour which I experience when restoring from iconified state by pressing TAB key.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Falkon, load some page
2. Iconify Falkon (hide into task bar, minimize)
3. Restore from iconified state

OBSERVED RESULT
Webpage response as if TAB key was pressed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing should happen to webpage.

No, you can also easily reproduce the bug with just the mouse. See my bug report at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405036#c2

However, if I place the cursor in the address bar before minimizing the tab, the bug will not happen.

Qt 5.13.1 and Falkon 3.1.0

I can confirm, it seems "fixed" with qt 5.13.1
