Whenever the model is reloaded the delegates are recreated and the custom colorscheme is applied to late through the attached property. This can also be observed when quickly scrolling. However, it shouldn't flash when just closing the dialog without doing any changes. Can confirm! I can't reproduce this behavior anymore.
