SUMMARY
Fresh install of Kubuntu. Latte dock installs with no issue, however it does not show up when running. Running 'latte-dock' from a terminal returns "An instance is already running!, use --replace to restart Latte", and it shows up in the system activity monitor, however with 0 cpu usage.

It also does not greace a .config/latte folder, only a .config/lattedockrc file

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Latte-Dock
2. Run Latte-Dock
