Konqueror does not render this http://www.scottandrew.com/examples/domwindow-pre6.html
example correctly. The DOM windows are missing the scrollbars and the text "drops down" bellow the windows. When moving the windows around the text also gets highlighted.

I have confirmed this bug in the current CVS HEAD.
