Created attachment 117569 [details] Plasma panel is almost empty. SUMMARY Almost empty plasma panel appears after system start-up and login to profile. This error is exceptional. But it has been happening for several years. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Press the notebook power button and system start-up. 2. Login to profile. OBSERVED RESULT I see a panel with only one icon. The icon is set for the application menu launcher. Now, however, the icon opens a logout dialog. Besides the icon on the panel there is nothing at all. EXPECTED RESULT I expect a custom panel with all the icons.
