Just what the title says: when the filter bar's text field is focused, the next press on the tab key should move focus to the view.

In order to do this, we'd probably first have to relocate the lock button: Bug 403356.

In the process of working on this, I discovered that the enter and return keys already do this! Adding Tab to the mix would be nice too, I think.

When Places panel is focused, the Tab key doesn't work either. Pressing Enter won't help if you are currently viewing the Home folder and trying to press Enter on Home folder in Places.
