Could you give a bit more information and perhaps add a test file that can be used te reproduce the issue? * Please add the information from help/system information for bug reports * Please tell us what color model, channel depth, image dimensions and number of layers you are working with * Please be more explicit about what you mean with "modify transparency masks using effects". It could also be very useful to see a crash log. Could you also check whether you can enable GPU acceleration? Hi, can you follow boud's instructions? We really cannot fix this bug without more info...
