Hi Mikailon, What happens if you switch to "Settings->Configure Krita->Performance->Animation Cache Mode: On-memory"? Could be your issue related to Bug 399259? Windows media player doesn't work well for videos. Try to drag your video in a web browser like Google Chrome, or download a regular video player like VLC (free) https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html Let us know if that helps Is there any word on this? I am thinking the problem is Windows media player and what it supports.
