The issue seems to affect the current session, at restart both the presets will be visible. *** Bug 410148 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This works with in master. Tested with c1d6ed341fa9b62cb83967f673e393faa29f43c3 |

Steps (see video): 1. fresh configs 2. save a preset 4. save a second preset from the same source. Actual Results: the second preset will silently replace the first one. Expected Results: just add it to the list OR ask the user to rename it?
