Description mvowada 2018-10-15 11:08:47 UTC
Created attachment 115655 [details]
(Video example)

(Krita 4.2.0-pre-alpha (git 9d7d596) - Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS)

It happens when using small font sizes, example:

    1. "Dejavu Sans", 11px, white fill (jagged dark edges)
    2. increasing the font size by 1 to 12px the issue disappears.

A workaround is to set the stroke color to "No fill" or the size to 0px.

Note: editing text shape restores the Stroke.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure you have light foreground color and dark background color (you can invert default colors on the toolbar).
2. Create text shape. Note it's ugly. Tool Options lies that there is no Stroke, but if you click on "None", the outline will disappear.
3. Edit text. Note that the outline appeared again.
