I confirm the bug, totally reproducible. *** Bug 404181 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Note: editing text shape restores the Stroke. Steps to reproduce: 1. Make sure you have light foreground color and dark background color (you can invert default colors on the toolbar). 2. Create text shape. Note it's ugly. Tool Options lies that there is no Stroke, but if you click on "None", the outline will disappear. 3. Edit text.
