Tiny discover windows have horrible icon quality (on neon)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have neon
2. open discover
3. make window tiny

OBSERVED RESULT

icons are not smoothed


EXPECTED RESULT

icons should not look like garbage please

Just asked Harald which icon theme he's using. It's "papirus-adapta"

Has to be installed from here, KNS version of it is broken.

So should this be RESOLVED DOWNSTREAM with an email to the maintainer of the papirus-adapta theme on store.kde.org?

I suspect it's an issue in Kirigami or KIconThemes.

Can you check to see if this was fixed with the fix for Bug 397106?

certainly can't reproduce it anymore on master builds
