this issue persists with kolourpaint 19.08.2. Created attachment 115308 [details] screenshot STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. set your display scaling factor to 1.2 in system settings > display and monitor > scale display 2. restart plasma session 3. open kolourpaint, use some tool to draw lines, circles, squares or write text OBSERVED RESULT Drawn lines look fuzzy, text has bad font rendering. See the screenshot please.
