Well, That's already possible. If you use a recent KMail version (>= 18.04.0), install the kdepim-addons package (name may differ), enable the expert plugin (in settings / plugins). Once done, restart KMail and in the "Message" menu, select the "Show message structure" option. When a message has files attached, they are shown below the message body, you can select the ones you want and RMB / Open thanks for reply, is it an interesting feature, but not quite what I had imagined. Now I have an extra sub window and the screen on my laptop is not very big. From my side, I was hoping for something like this: Kmail save the attachments all in the same temp directory, so I can browse this directory with Gwenview, but without extra subwindow and without the need to selecting all attachments (I know I'm a little lazy). Now I need to right click for context menu, select save attachments, select save directory, click open directory, click on first image to open Gwenview. |
