SDDM is not a part of KDE project, so no, it's probably not.
Though actually, SDDM doesn't really handle input either, it's just a QtQuick view on an unmanaged window. I can't see what could be wrong in SDDM. Please test with sddm --test-mode inside your session and confirm that's fine. (In reply to David Edmundson from comment #3) > I can't see what could be wrong in SDDM.
