To make it more clear. It should list it in the Info panel for the plugin or when using the keyword and it isn't working What I'm getting here is that Debian is misconfigured for the Dictionary and Spellchecking plugins. Can you file bugs there too please? Can confirm, also have this issue. And the warning is not exactly helpful.
