Created attachment 114182 [details] screenshot Set 1.2 as your display scaling factor under "Displays" in system settings, restart plasma session. Search for "mouse" in apps launcher, click "mouse" in the search results. My screenshot shows the mouse kcm on Arch Linux, plasma 5.13.3.
