Can you change keyboard brightness manually in Battery & Brightness applet? (In reply to Kai Uwe Broulik from comment #1) > Can you change keyboard brightness manually in Battery & Brightness applet? Yes, the keyboard brightness can be manually changed and the lighting works as expected. Also to note: if I set the profile for "On AC Power" (plugging back in the power cord) in regards to the keyboard brightness, this works as expected. So it would seem that what triggers the "On Battery" condition is not met or is not seen - but what triggers the "On AC Battery" condition is seen. Thank you for reporting this issue in KDE software. As it has been a while since this issue was reported, can we please ask you to see if you can reproduce the issue with a recent software version? If you can reproduce the issue, please change the status to "REPORTED" when replying. Thank you! Hi, I am still seeing the same as of today. I have updated the OS and software versions of my computer since the original post. Setup: Kubuntu 20.04.5 up to date kernel 5.4.0-132-generic Device is Lenovo X1 Carbon (6th), BIOS is up to date. Changing status to REPORTED on this update. Thanks *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 437715 *** |
